Subscription Plan FAQs
-
What are "bonus" results?
Occasionally UsabilityHub sees a spike in traffic. This can mean we get more results than we need. When this happens, we reward our subscribers with bonus responses, for free!
-
What is test "priority"?
Paid tests receive their results before free tests. The higher the plan, the higher the priority.
-
Will I be locked into a contract?
Nope, you're free to change between any of the plans or cancel your account any time you like with no penalty.
-
How can I pay?
You can subscribe securely online using Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, PayPal and other offline payment methods are not currently supported.
-
What is the difference between public and private tests?
Private tests ensure that only people you invite can participate in your test. Public tests, on the other hand, are open to our UsabilityHub community.
-
What happens if I don't use all my monthly responses?
Unused responses are not rolled over and do not accrue month to month. To get the best value out of your plan; iterate, iterate, iterate!
Community Plan FAQs
-
What is the community plan and how does it work?
The community plan is our way of encouraging people to help each other out. Participate in a test and get rewarded with karma!
-
What is karma and how do I use it?
Do tests to earn karma. One karma point gets you one response when you run your own test. Spend your karma depending on the number of results you need.
